• Veterans
• Active duty military personnel
• Transitioning service members
• Military spouses and family members
• Mentors with relevant experience to support the above groups

2.2. You must meet the eligibility criteria to register as a mentee or mentor on our platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Mentorship Services

4.1. Veterado provides a platform for mentees to connect with mentors. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any advice or information provided by mentors.

4.2. Mentors are not employees or agents of Veterado. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of mentors.

4.3. Users agree to engage in mentorship relationships respectfully and professionally.

4.4. Mentors agree to provide guidance and support within their areas of expertise and to respect the confidentiality of mentees.

5. User Conduct

5.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Veterado, a Veterado employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Use the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our express consent.
• Share sensitive military information or classified data through the Service.
• Engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, or excessive communication that may be perceived as harassment by other users.
• Attempt to sell products or services to other users without explicit permission from Veterado.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Service, including denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any other malicious activities intended to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Use any automated system, including but not limited to "robots", "spiders", or "offline readers", to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service, nor use the communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.

6. Content

6.1. Users retain ownership of any content they submit to the Service.

6.2. By submitting content, you grant Veterado a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

6.3. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Veterado, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
